Hi, I’m Monica, a Holistic Health Coach who supports busy professionals in overcoming burnout and building sustainable well-being so they can perform at their best—both at work and in life.

I specialize in helping high-performing professionals manage chronic stress, improve resilience, and create practical habits that support focus, energy, and mental clarity. Through mindfulness-based coaching and evidence-informed behavior change strategies, I help individuals move from overwhelm and exhaustion to greater balance, productivity, and fulfillment.

I trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied a wide range of lifestyle and behavior change approaches. My work focuses on helping professionals implement realistic, sustainable strategies that fit into demanding schedules—so well-being becomes integrated into daily life, not another item on the to-do list.

In my coaching sessions and group programs, I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where professionals can reset, gain clarity, and develop habits that protect their energy, prevent burnout, and support long-term success.
